Knee Pain
DESCRIPTION
Misalignment of the lower leg due to overpronation of the foot is a leading cause of knee pain. Pronation, the flattening of the arch during every footstep, is normal. Overpronation occurs when the arch flattens excessively, creating a misalignment of the lower leg. This can increase the stress on the knee joint, and cause knee pain over time.
HOW TO RECOGNIZE IT
Knee pain due to overpronation typically manifests as pain on the inside portion of the knee during weight-bearing activities such as walking. Note: This product may not be suitable for people with knee pain due to arthritis.
