How To Use It

STEP 1

Using two hands, pull the sleeve onto your foot until it is aligned to the arch of your foot.

STEP 2

Position the cushion in the middle of the foot, between the ball of your foot and heel.

STEP 3

Stand up to determine if the position of the cushion is comfortable and adjust as needed.
