Triple Zone Protection refers to the design used in our Athletic Series Running Insoles. By cushioning the ball of foot, supporting the arch, and absorbing impact in the heel, these insoles help relieve and prevent pain from 3 common running injuries: Runner’s Knee, Shin Splints, and Plantar Fasciitis. Dr. Scholl’s® insoles and orthotics are designed to fit a range of shoe sizes. For the best fit, purchase the insole or orthotic size that matches your particular shoe size. Typically, men’s insoles and orthotics range from sizes 8-13, and women’s insoles and orthotics range from sizes 6-10. For exact sizing information, visit the product page for the insole or orthotic you’re interested in.

All Dr. Scholl’s® insoles and orthotics should fit in most shoes. However, some have a slimmer design that fits best in dress shoes:

Depending on your shoe size and the insole or orthotic you’ve purchased, trimming may be necessary to obtain an optimal fit. Visit the product page for your specific insole or orthotic for more information.

Most Dr. Scholl’s® insoles and orthotics are designed to last six (6) months with regular use. They should be replaced within this timeframe or at the first signs of wear.

Comfort Air Pillo® Insoles, Double Air Pillo® Insoles and Odor-X® Odor Fighting Insoles contain a natural rubber latex. All other Dr. Scholl’s® Insoles and orthotics are latex-free.

You can wash Dr. Scholl’s® Insoles and orthotics by hand or in a washing machine on a cold-temperature setting. They should be left to air-dry; they cannot be machine-dried.

Dr. Scholl’s® insoles and orthotics can placed over a shoe’s existing insole as long as the shoe is still comfortable and does not feel too tight. Any insole or orthotic that is not full-length should be placed on top of your shoe’s existing insole.

Yes, Dr. Scholl’s® insoles and orthotics can be transferred from shoe to shoe as long as the shoe is still comfortable and does not feel too tight. Since every shoe is different, certain insoles and orthotics may fit better in certain shoes. We encourage you to find the insole or orthotic that fits best for you for each shoe.

WART, BLISTER, CORN, CALLUS AND BUNION CUSHIONS AND TREATMENTS

DURAGEL® Technology is built into our premium cushions and removers to make them thin, flexible, and nearly invisible. It contains 30-50% water and is a durable cushion that conforms to the contours of your skin to protect your corn, callus, blister, or bunion. The cushions fit easily into any shoe to provide all-day cushioning pain relief.

You can wear Dr. Scholl’s® bandages and cushions in the shower, but it will reduce the amount of time the bandage stays on, which varies by product.
