Shipping & Returns

DrScholls.com ships via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS and UPS SurePost to continental U.S. addresses only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

When you place an order on DrScholls.com, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you another email with tracking information. Please allow up to 3 business days from the date of your order for tracking information to be emailed to you.

Standard Shipping

Orders placed by 12 PM EST via Standard Shipping are usually delivered within 3-6 business days from the order’s ship date. Most Standard Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $35+!

Expedited Shipping

We also offer expedited shipping (1-3 business days) for a $12 flat rate. The order will be shipped day of if it is placed prior to 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays*). Expedited orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be shipped next business day.

*Observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (including alcohol-based products and aerosols) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped via ground-only transportation. Expedited Shipping is not available for Dr. Scholl’s products identified as Hazardous Materials. For these products, only Standard Shipping options will be available at checkout.

APO, FPO and P.O. Box Orders

Please note that DrScholls.com currently does not ship orders to APO/FPO addresses and does not ship hazmat items to P.O. Boxes. Hazmat items consist of sprays, liquids, gels, our line of Freeze Away® products, Fungal Nail Revitalizer, and Ultra Hydrating Foot Mask.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Please note that DrScholls.com currently does not ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

How We Calculate Sales Tax

DrScholls.com. is required to collect applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have nexus. Taxes apply to all merchandise. Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state. Your final order will include the appropriate state and local taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

All refunds will be at the discretion of Scholl’s Wellness Company. If you are not satisfied with your DrScholls.com purchase, you may return products for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of purchase at the discretion of Scholl’s Wellness Company. Shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed by DrScholls.com unless there was a shipping error or product damage/defect.

We can only accept returns for products purchased at DrScholls.com. If you purchased your Dr Scholl’s products from one of our authorized retailers, please return the items to that retailer, in accordance with their return policy. If you are unable to do so, please refer to our Money Back Guarantee policy.
