Why it Works

A plantar wart is a skin growth caused by human papillomavirus, (HPV) on the sole of your foot. The virus can infect the top layer of skin and enters the sole of your foot in an area of broken skin.
Dr. Scholl’s® Plantar Wart Remover with Hydrogel Technology works by using salicylic acid to remove plantar warts. The body then replaces the wart tissue with normal, new tissue.

How to Use It

Detailed instructions available inside the package.

STEP 1
Ensure the skin is clean, dry and free of creams and oils. Place the wart medicine on the sticky side of the disc directly over center of the plantar wart.
STEP 2

Remove backing film marked “Step 1” and place center (adhesive side down) over the disc with narrower side pointing toward your toes.

STEP 3

Remove backing film marked “Step 2”. Then remove blue tab and firmly smooth down adhesive edge to skin.

Repeat procedure, reapplying the plantar wart treatment every 48 hours as needed (until wart is removed) for up to 12 weeks
