Dr. Scholl's^® Run Active Comfort Insoles are specifically designed for runners to help relieve and prevent pain from runner’s knee, shin splints, and plantar fasciitis. These insoles provide support, added cushioning, and shock absorption so that you can stay active and on your feet for longer!

How to Use

STEP 1

Your shoe’s current insoles may be removeable, if they are take them out FIRST.

STEP 2

Place the removeable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size. If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removeable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes.

STEP 3

Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.

Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear
